I need all 3rd Generation guys/gals opinions

Ok i amm going to get my bumper repainted due to screw hole marks that go pushed in to my bumper and different scratches all over the bumper also my bumper my hood and my fenders have little white makrs all over them from i guess debris hitting my car (i have an 04 NBP) also on my hood is a dent and sap marks where the paint got eaten away... the guy at the body shop told me if i get the new bumper myself he will do the whole nose for 900.... here are the 3 options... 1. get a type S bumper but then i have to get the grille ligts and all that shit which i think will be too much... 2. get a 04 bumper and just swap out the lower grill which i already cut to do the accord foglight mod and just get a new bumper and switch grilles...or 3. put my front plate back on and look at the hideousness of the front of my car ( there not even and pearl left in the whole nose of my car its just black with white specles) i just bought the 04 front a-spec as-well so i would have to sell that if i got the front bumper.... also how much is a clear bra and installation aswell? which i imagine if i get the front of the car painted i should put a clear bra on
Give me your opinions because i want to order the bumper today
Thanks

A full clear bra will normally run you about $600.00 installed. That includes bumper, front part of hood and side mirrors. Sounds like you want to go with number 2. Which is not a bad choice. Good luck.

Just get a new 04 bumper. The 07-08 fog housings are expensive, even if you get aftermarket they are not cheap. Then you need wiring and the bulbs.

New bumper, lip and rest of the front end will look great!.

Let the fresh paint fully cure for a few weeks before you put on any type of bra.

If it was me, I'd just get a new '04 bumper and put a clear bra on it. It looks like you did a really good clean job on the fogs, so if the guy does a good job painting, you'll be golden. Would it be cheaper to just repaint the old one? It doesn't look like it would take a ton of prep to get it ready to paint.

I'd say don't go cheap on your car. Don't worry about how it looks just make sure everything inside is working fine (engine, fluids, a/c tranny etc...). You don't want to go cheap on anything for a car unless you want to pay for it later. Just wait until you have the cash to do either one without any hesitation.
