How can I tell if TSB 10-035 has been done to my car or any other TSB? Does the dealer keep track of them?

 

Dealership will tell you. Call with VIN in hand.

I did just that when I bought mine and all recalls have been done.

TSB's are different than recalls. You won't necessarily have a TSB done free of charge. They're more meant to guide owners/techs through known issues which are common.
