There are three screws you need to remove.

And here is some information about the special tools mentioned in the scans below, in case anyone is interested. I copied this from a post by Road Rage in another thread (Thanks, RR)

edit add by Mod Ron A: There is also good information on door panel removal in the KP Technologies Window roll up module install 3G Garage #I-097 thread.

By the way - be careful when you're removing the retaining screw (The one by the door edge). That screw can only be put in so many times before it gets stripped and you have to get a new one.

hey guys, how long does this take to remove? will I likely break some plastic clips doing it?
I took apart my rear deck one time and it was a total pain, so I'm looking in comparison to that..

I've recently removed the door panel a few times with lembowski.

We followed this post by vp911 on how to install moleskin to help us remove the door panel.

Some of the wire harness connectors, especially the white one for the rear passenger window controls, are a pain to detach. We had to lay down on the floor and rotate the panel at an angle to get a better grip on the harness. The mechinal wire for the door handle (aka the door lever cable) will just unclip and lift off of the door.

My passenger window regulator broke within a few weeks of getting the car (about 40k).. and now my driver window regulator went out (110k).. I have the window taped shut until the part gets here. Looking forward to using this guide to help me get this done!
