How often do you change your brake fluid?

I live in the low humidity southwest high desert. I change my brake fluid every 3rd year and don't go over 4 years. Same of my P/S fluid when I had a 06 TSX, 08 RDX, and 11 MDX. Used the M.I.D. notifications for fluid/filter changes.
