Need advice.....I am wanting get the A-Spec installed, complete pacakge. Quotes are around $5,300.00 for the kit plus $800.00 labor so around $6,100-$6,200. Is that about right or can I do better? Did anyone in So Cal have it done for less, and if so where??

I'd suggest you buy it on Ebay from Cury Acura. They are selling it for $3,900 + $250 shipping. They have 167 100% positive feedback. They also have a toll free # you can call. Something you might want to look into. Go to ebay and search "2004 TL" and then sort by highest price. You'll see it there.
Then you can either install it yourself (Comes with installation instructions) like others did or take it to your dealer and pay the $800 to do it. If my math is right, buying from Cury Acura and having your dealer install it, you would be paying $4,950.
You'd save $1150 ($6100-$4950= $1150).
Good luck.
