Try this and maybe even "search" if you have the time.

The service manual says to just turn the bulb socket 45 degrees counterclockwise to remove the fog light from the headlight housing.
On the right (passenger) side, you can reach right in and do it.
On the left (passenger) side, there is a plastic cover that needs to be removed. I didn't remove it to see, but you may or may not have to remove the battery also. Let us know when you get it done how you did it.

You do not need to remove the battery, just the battery cover, the air tube cover and the upper portion of the tube which you can pull straight up. It is a bit tight and you have to feel your way in. You need to make sure the bulb locks in place. If you find it difficult replacing the plug, then the bulb is not fully in the lock position.

If you search for threads on fog lights and yellow bulbs, you will find my instrcutions to replace them which are much more detailed than the owners manual or service manual.
