How do you remove front seatbelt bottom anchor point??

I'm trying to pull the carpet out of the way to treat the floor with sticky butyl aluminum and some sponges.

seat, no problem, door trim, no problem.

but the seatbelt bolt on the B pillar,,, it's covered in some sort of protective rubber and my ratchet can't access it.

anybody knows how to do this?

thanks in advance

The rubber cover should slide up and away from the bolt. You may have to coax it past the seams because it catches they catch on the rubber cover. If my memory hasn't given up on me, the bolt should be a 14mm.
