photobucket and flickr are 2 good sites you can upload pictures from.
i use photobucket. you sign up, its free, you upload your images to their site. they host the images. if you want to add a picture to a forum, you just upload the image html's to the site you choose.
this is all explained on the website. just follow the directions. once you get it down, its cake.
