is there a special 800 number to call? i haven't activated my 3 month trial either.

 

My subscription was activated by my salesperson on the day I took delivery. I thought that was standard practice.

I was calling to XM and told them my XM radio serial number prior to activating my system in Channel 1.

Just wanted you to know that you have to be in the car within an hour (I think that was the time limit) to activate once you call. I wasn't able to go back to my car, so now I have to go to their website, refresh.xmradio.com, and then get in the car within 15 minutes to activate.

 

Your dealer should have done this as part of the pre-delivery inspection.

 

Strange, all I did was press number three and I was listening to XM. If the dealer activated mine she did if after they closed that night.
