I booked an appointment on yesterday 10:00 am to do the service B,

I droped my car to the service depentment at 10:00 am on time, and

I asked about how long to do it... they said around 1 hour,

so i decided to wait there, but u know what,

after 2 hours, I saw my car still in the same parking lot...

I thought my car has done, but they said they hadn't do it yet...

and they asked me to rebook an appointment for free labour charge...

If I really had no time to wait...

It happened to me not only once...

when i was doing service A, I waitted like 4 hours

for the service....

they don't have too many service cars for rent (IMO) , cuz if i wanna book one,

the date for service will be on some day next year...

For waiting that long they should give you a loaner or pay for a rental for you to use. Try a different dealer next time.

Hey, mio, maybe you should disclose your secret base and tell us who's your dealer, perhaps, someone here going to the same dealer knows how to deal with it...


Or you could do some super search and find out users near your neighborhoods, then PM them for the questions if you don't think it's the good idea to reveal your location and dealership name.
