Honda Survey for your TL
I received an email today asking me to please fill up a survey concerning my 04TL, the url contained my VIN number, so I guess they know who you are.
You will only get this if you registered your email with the Acura dealer at purchase time (or later)...
but anyway, if you would like to vent a little, here is the link
http://www.hondaresearch.com/hra/hra...xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
(Replace all xxxxxx with your vin number)
NOTE: This url worked for me, I don't know if your VIN will work or if it's registered with the survey software...
Things I complained about:
- Tires + torquesteer
- Quality of Fit and finish + gaps in dashboard
- Fog lights should be daylight running lights or be able to turn them on without using the main headlights...
- Crack inside my headlight (caused moisture to accumulate)
- Not enugh TL info from my sales rep at delivery
- Wanted foldable rear seat - pass through to the trunk
- wanted All Wheel Drive (they ask you at the bottom what you would improve in the car...)
I'm very, very happy with the car, but wanted to let them know, they can still improve a little...
enjoy your great car.
(I would not even change it for a brand new E55!)
