Honda Inspire fog lights installation question

I recently purchased Honda inspire fog light kit from eBay. I'm planning on installing it soon my 04 TL. I have mostly everything figured out on the installing except for couple wires and wanted to get some input.

The full kit with HIDs

Ground wire

switch, relay, another ground

These 2 wires where do i connect them to ?

I did this very same mod a couple months ago, no HID's but I loved the finished product. Not the greatest lighting and they take work to get them in but its worth it! Good choice my friend

white white is 12v and the smaller red wire should go to the parking light or something else that turns on with the parking light i.e VSA switch or moonroof. T-tap it

So what I did was white connected off and the brown and opened up the wires I connected the red wire to fuse #32 (took the fuse out put it in between and put it back) and I did the same thing with the white wire I connected it to the power seats. Fuse box by the hood switch. Pretty much red wire needs to go to acc and the white one to a constant on.

No problem man it was a struggle figuring it out too because our kits are slightly different than others couldn't find a exact tutorial.. And Cut the wires right at the base of the plugs because the wires are just long enough to fit so there isn't much wiggle room..and how did that happen? Did they snap in half or?

You can get the bolts out...drill them and use screw extractors. Not hard. Penetrating oil too will help.

Definitely a PITA, but I would strongly suggest running these wires through the firewall, opposed to through the door jam. Wires aren't designed to be pinched, stretched and bent. You spent good money on this, worked hard to install these in your grill, and this way of wiring will cause a failure quickly. Would be a shame for all that work to go to waste.

+1 ^^ I just did this the past weekend. My wiring was same as the DIY on the inspire fogs. Running through the firewall following the wiring loom is what I chose to do. That way it doesn't get pinched and you don't have a random wire hanging between your door. Kind of just tidy's it up. Also I would recommend using "add a fuse" wires as opposed to just inserting the wires between the fuses. But hey it's your car don't let me tell you how to live your life. lol :P

I had a quick question for the guys that have recently done the inspire foglights on their 04-06 TL, how hard was it trimming and fitting the fogs in the lower grill? What tools do you need other than a dremel? I was seriously thinking of doing this mod but have always been put off because people have said it's pretty difficult to get it to fit right
