I don't get why people put Honda badges on Acuras... Acura is a step up from Honda, that's like putting a chevy badge on an Escalade or a voltswagen logo on a Porsche or a Ford logo on a navigator... How many G37s do you see wapping the infinite badge off and putting a nissan logo on??? Don't do it...

When I had my red Integra I put a yellow stick-on ACURA badge on it . That was hardcore JDM. Until it got stolen like 3 days later by some bish in the mall parking lot lol. Then I put my OEM badge back on.

I agree with some of the others, I feel like if the TL were at least offered as a Honda ANYWHERE else in the world, there would be some basis for slapping a Honda badge on. As it is, it can only play the butt of a joke for all the Lexus fanboys who can say "See? I told you acura's are really just Hondas"

^^^ sorry but that does not look good ^^^
an integra to me is the only one who can pull it off; maaaaaaybe an RSX!!! But im sure i speek for everyone when i say "!!!!PLEASE DON'T DO THIS!!!!"

but I still wouldn't use that as a reason to justify putting a Honda badge on it. It was design by Acura in California for the North American Domestic Market and was built in Ohio.
Honda emblems on an NSX or a Legend I can understand since those were designed and built as Hondas for the Japanese market, but that's not the case with the 3G TL.

It still blows my mind someone would want to downgrade their car.
Interestingly enough, a co-worker just got back from his honeymoon in Jamaica. He didn't know Acura and Honda are one in the same. He said he saw a TL that looked identical to mine but it had "Honda Accord" on it. I figure it was probably some misguided ricer over there that did it but anyone ever see a TL sold in Jamaica before?

^ Im in no way associated with ACURA or Honda of N.A., but I imagine it might cause confusion if not executed correctly. Since some of the Acura vehicles still have a connection with the Honda platforms it seems overkill to sell that part of the vehicle lineup as an Acura. Maybe they will slowly begin to phase out the Honda counterparts & introduce them as Acuras. But who knows.
I just know they can't just run in and set up shop in Japan with only a few unique models. It wont go over well

Back to topic.
You shouldn't do it, because a red Honda emblem is pretty rice. I would just clean the back of the car, but leave the "A" emblem. That to me would look better.

He Must have seen a TSX over there. In some countries TSX is sold as accord. Like UK, Pakistan and Jamaica are some of the countries.
