can someone please tell me if 8000k HID headlights and fog lights are illegal and would get me pulled over if spotted.(state of maryland)

Is it the same story as illegal window tints, you cant get pulled over unless your doing something else thats wrong. Most likeley they wont do anything for illegal window tints.
Its a second offense.

Are 8k HID headlights/fog lights a second offense too? meaning that you cant get pulled over just for that.

where are you located? technically, you're not supposed to have "blue" headlight's but I ran 8.5k headlight's and fog's for awhile and the cop's haven't given me a second look........

im in maryland, have u ever been spotted by cops with ur lights, or do u drive away so they cant see you?

when you say were not supposed to, does that mean its def. illegal or its not recomended and they might give you a warning or something?

The rules for each state are different. I have had them on my car for a year now and have gotten pulled over and have not gotten a ticket for them.
