HELP - some crap dripped on my car in a parking garage....

More bad luck - first somebody rips off my side-view mirror at a local restauraunt in LI (recently replaced), and now some nasty, rusty water dripped on my sunroof when I was parked in the garage at work and I can't get the stain out. My sunroof was tilted at the time so the water ran down the width of the sunroof from back to front - and where it went from there is a mystery - I hope there's a track in there that leads it to bottom of the car. I tried using Windex, wax and Fantastic to get the stain out but no luck. Any ideas?

As long as it's only on the glass, try a little Soft Scrub. It won't scratch the glass (as long as you don't rub too hard) and should remove the stain in short order. And yes, there are sunroof drain tubes that exit underneath the car.

you can try some fine rubbing compound.. I hate when stuff like this happen.. remind me of when I drove under the overise subway, came home to drips of tar on it.. a pain to get out. GL

Claybar and some Quick Detailer for lube should remove it as it is only a surface stain
