HELP DC, MD & VA Members

Hey guys I need help with some after market HID's I have. I'm not really an expect when it comes about installing electrical stuff so thats why I need advise. I had read on previous HID threads that the front bumper should came off in order to install HID's on the fogs true? or can it be done without removing the bumper? No flaming but i have an HID set that plug n play cant remember the brand but probably sum cheap stuff lol i got them from my friend for a really good price...40 bucks so i couldnt say no..I was also told that might need a relay which I also have i bought it for 10 dollars or so..Just want to know if anybody in the DC MD & VA is willing to help me install them bc i hate the piss yellow oem bulbs. Thanks
PS. I might not post much but I check the site EVERYDAY n im learning a lot thanks guys

I wish I knew how to help you man. I will check around though with members I know. Maybe we can hook up one day to help each other on something else though. I'll keep you in mind!

woa, im in bladensburg right now.
im pretty sure the piss yellow is actually funtional in the fog, like it provides more visibility, and if u replace it, you wont have as good visibility in fog.
