HeelToe Brake Bleeding Method

Has anyone actually tried this method? I've always been told and read never to leave the bleeder open when releasing the brake pedal. Anyone care to shine some light on the HTSpec method...

Years ago on my 92 talon I'd bleed my brakes, but now I have a Mityvac Vacuum pump that works amazing.

Did it for years this way and you'll have no problems if the tube is submersed in brake fluid as no air will be drawn into the system when the pedal returns from the floor.

This method is, in a word, awesome. Or easy. Or the best.
