Has Any One!!!

has anyone rush and bough there car and found out later that bumper paint didnt match the car. and it has been hit in the front............ that pisssed me off so bad, and my tl satin silver is in the body shop right now getting the whole front end painted and getting aoem lip put on. sales man showed me a carfax but i guess they didnt report the accident but i asked him has this car been in accident he said no it hasnt..... and has anyone have 100k miles on there tl mine is 90k miles on a 2005 bought it with 45k miles. thinkin about trading it in for a newer one because i had test drove a is 350 g35 bmw 335 coupe twin turbo. i didnt like it as much as the tl

Do some rearch and you'll find that the front/rear bumpers don't match from the factory. As the vin is coded into the front bumber check to see if it's a match.
Got my WDP front bumper repainted a few month ago. The shop did an excellent job, so much so as there's no difference in color between the body and bumper. Only problem is that now the rear is slightly off color, but it isn't as bad as the front was.

flex additive added to the paints = color is off

yup always works like that. some colors you see, some you dont.....you see it in bright metallic colors heavily

yea i know what you talking about but mine was wrecked they used cheap paint and it started to fade and i saw a bigggg patch of bondo and body shop called me and said that looked like they hit a trailer hitch
