The legal percentage for IL is somewhere around 35% - 45%. I got a guy that'll tint all 7 windows at 20% (Front/rear windows, rear window slots, rear windshield) for $180+Lifetime warranty. Now, if you were to get a lighter shade to keep the cops away, the price would be a bit cheaper.
