good price for used TL? 2005/navi 9000 miles

good price for used TL? 2005/navi 9000 miles
Hey guys, im new to the forum 
I love the TL and im looking to buy a used one.
That being said, some guy that lives close by is selling his 6 speed manual w/ NAVI for 32,000. Silver, black interior. Is this a fair/goog price? How much do you think I can get him to drop it? I looked at kbb prices, but i know they are not always accurate. Thanks for any input you guys give me!

Under $30K is a better price. I would try to find if any dealer still have left over 05 inventory. I got my 05 TL 6-spd with Navi for 31.5K My dealer up here in Michigan told me last couple of week ago they are have trouble selling cars especially a 6-spd. I bet if you could find a left over 05 you can bargain them down to a reasonable price. $32K for a used TL is way too much. I know they hold their value well but that doesn't mean you should have to pay more when you can get new.
