I am from the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area looking for a good deal on a new tl navi auto. What prices have members paid for their cars?

It depends. Check out Edmunds.com for their true market value for your area. I bought one on Thursday and the dealer was willing to match Edmunds TMV price ($1,100 under MSRP) on a white/parchment model as they had five on the lot, but was only willing to go $500 under MSRP for a silver/ebony (which I bought). I suspect you could do OK if you were to order one as well and were willing to wait the 4-8 weeks it seems to take to get one.

FWIW, one of the Internet sales managers in Maryland that I spoke with said that they were now asking full MSRP on auto/Nav models due to rising demand.
