So far I had experienced two different dealers. Muller Woodfield Acura – I asked them twice to fix a noise in a left vent/dash area (first could not replicate problem/second time they replaced the vent but the problem is still there). I asked them to correct the glove box gap, so they did it but it rattles now (second time I came with complain about the glove box, they fixed the rattles, but now I have to use 3x more force to open it and if I hit a big bump, the glove box opens by it self) – over all I am not happy with them.
Pauly Acura, on the other hand took care of all the initial issues with the RSX, they even gave me a good will warranty on two Michelin tires (I saw that one had a crack and they gave me two brand new tires).
I asked them to replace breaks because the squeaked and they also replace disks all around which was nice.
Sad thing is that two years older RSX is built much better with virtually no rattles or squeaks. I was hoping for the same quality with TL which I purchased afterwards, but I am pissed – I wished I had purchased a used Accord 6mt instead of the TL because of the all annoyances.

I've always been very pleased with the service I had gotten from Continental Acura in Naperville. I didn't even get my CL-S from there and they always treated me as a loyal customer.
