w/navi, kelly blue book places the car's value between 18K-20K based on miles and "excellent" condition.
so yes, this would be an excellent deal assuming the car is in great shape and there is nothing else going on with it. a clean car fax is not always a guarantee.

maintenance records (the car fax doesn't show it was ever serviced by an acura dealer), and actually physically looking at the vehicle. make sure all VIN #'s are where they are suppose to be...if they aren't then...the car may have had body work even though the carfax is clean. drive it. pre-purchase inspection by a mechanic...
there were several recalls on the vehicle 3 or 4 for the 04-05 i believe. you need to make sure they were done otherwise it'll be the first thing you do when you get the car.
with the low mileage on the car...from the pics it looks good, but you won't really know until you see it in person looking at everything (under, in the engine bay, inside, outside). bring an extra set of eyes with you if you can preferably a car type person you know.
if the car is what you are looking for in a TL features, miles, color...then...you have to make the decision. try not to get too excited and make it seem like you aren't that eager to get your hands on it. if the dealer senses you are willing to walk b/c of another deal (which may or may not exist), then they maybe willing to work with you. for around $16K for an 05 low miles, its an excellent deal (my trade in value for my car on KBB would be about that and i have MT and over 52K miles, private sell would be closer to $18-19K).
you almost want to wonder if there is something wrong with it. unless its been sitting on their lot a while. good luck.

i'm still curious if there might be something wrong with the car if they are willing to drop the price from high 17's to high 15's.
