Good deal on a 3rd gen Acura?

I've always been a fan of Acura TLs and, now that I'm in the market for a new (to me) car, I'm considering the 3rd gen TL.

I found the car on craigslist, and test drove it. Found the car to be fairly smooth all around, and the exterior & interior are both immaculate (except for a scratch on the hood). Seller is asking 17.5k for the following:

Year: 2007
Ext. Color: SSM
Int. Color: Black (leather)
Mileage: ~48k
One owner, non-navi

Is this a good deal? I'm terrible when it comes to car pricing so any help is appreciated. Thanks!

NADA is what most insurers, banks use for book values.

If you're thinking about not EVER WANTING navi, this is not bad.
