Gas Pedal

I know the TL gas pedal looks like this(below)

I have a 2g Tl and personally hate the new setup with the gas pedal. Would it be possible to have the old school setup(below)

Really? weird, I love the new style pedals. Look much sleeker imo.

I dont think it would be feasible since the new style pedals use drive by wire, and im almost certain it would be very difficult and costly to switch it over. Im obviously no expert though

i dont think it will be easy to do w/o fabrication. The whole system is different than a regular pedal set up. This is more like a rod and piston moving in and out of the floor attached to a floor mounted pedal rather than a pedal "arm"

floor mounted pedals are more desirable for heel and toe imo. But that's something you dont worry about in a 5AT.

My gas pedal squeaks sort of. lol

I keep forgetting to lube it, I assume that's what's wrong.

I don't understand why you'd want two brake pedals. One big one isn't so bad.

As far as the gas pedal, I don't know of anyone who has swapped theirs. It's hinged at the bottom, I think, so a an old school style might not work. You might be able to swap in a base TL rubber pedal. ??

Who said anything about two brake pedals lol?

Just from my experience I dont like the feel of the floor gas pedal. Maybe its just something I will get used to when I finally upgrade to the 3g
