What is the gas mileage difference in the city and the highway between a regular 07 Tl vs an 07 acura tl type-S?

Insignificant difference. depends on your driving. I get 18mpg in the city because I floor it everywhere, 31 highway cruising at 75mph.

06 TL 5AT. I get a steady 20-21 mpg city, where I do about 90% of my driving.

Now if those of you stating your '07 TL mileage here would be so kind to state whether you have a regular TL, Type-S, 5AT or 6MT, we might be able to start seeing patterns.

I had an 06 TL, now I have an 07 TL-S. If you drive it normal, there isn't much difference. But if you have a lead foot I found the 07 is a gas PIG. IMHO

Sorry, I don't do much highway. I do a mix. Last time I checked it was about 23 mpg. Mixed. Last month I went to the City 4 times. My dad was at Loyola for heart surgery. I was driving like a mad man I averaged 16-18 on the highway! The situation made me very impatient! But I imagine if you try to get good mileage it will. I just don't care! MY 04 Tunda Limited 4x4 TRD 4 door with a posi 4.10:1 rear got 10-12 in the city and 14 on the highway! That was with Borla Duals, K&N intake. Nothing helped.

really? you guys get really good milage.. i drive normally, dont gas it hard at all, and i get about 17-18city and 27highway going about 70.. or thats what the computer says. my oil life right now is at 60%. do you guys theres anythin wrong with my milage. the computer has never said 30+ mpg even when i drive 70 the whole way to the beach.

and dont our cars hold 17 gallons? i just noticed that after my gas light went on i still drove til it said 5 miles left. after a fill up at 3.39 premium, the total was like 45 dollars. that makes the tl holding 13 gallons about.. does that mean we have 4 gallons reserve?

I drove a CL Type S for 6 years averaging 21 MPG over for my weekly commute and leasure driving, which is half city and half expressway (80MPH) My new 2007 Type S after 3000 miles is also averaging 21 MPG for the same routine driving.
