Frustrated with Courtesy Acura Service !!!

I thought when I bought my Acura's (2004 TL and 2004 TSX) I was getting good service and pretty much trouble free vehicles.

After have both cars for over a year, I would have to say that this is not the case. To top it all off my Acura Dealer requires multiple visits to get the SAME job done right...

Not what I have expected in paying $30+ for each car.

Going to another Acura dealer is really not a option since it is about 1 hour away...

What is even more frustrating is when I have brought my cars into Acura that requires several hours to fix, I have to make an appointment at least 2 weeks out just to get a loaner car or settle for a POS Pontiac rental..... I think NOT !!!

Luckily most of the issues I have had are not show stoppers but none the less I have been pretty disappointed with the overall quality and competence of the Courtesy Acura Service Department in Sanford, FL....

What about this?

Fountain Acura
8703 S Orange Blossom Trl
Orlando, FL 32809-7911
(407)541-3100

I've been in Orlando on business the last three weeks and have passed this dealership several times.

Just for laughs and giggles why not draft a letter to to the Acura public relations department, might even copy the general manager at the dealer. I think we should all be doing this if and when the service is lacking. You might not even get a response but should feel better none the less.

What's the worst thing that could happen?

ChuckDu, depending on traffic conditions on I-4 and OBT, Fountain could be an hour away from Courtesy.

Yeah, I've seen the traffic down here. It can get pretty ugly.

I assumed that rmastbro lived in Orlando and was traveling to Sanford based on his advertised location.

Can anyone vouch for Fountain Acura's service department? Might it be worth the traffic to check it out? After all, multiple visits to resolve an issue seems to be more of an inconvenience than an hour's worth of traffic.

I know how you feel. Acura of Brooklyn (NY) sucks. But I will need them to fix the alarm before I bring it to another dealer.
