Front-end Vibration (front right), what next?

Hi friends, have a front-end vibration on 06 TL 6MT 223K on clock. It *feels* like it is coming from right-front.

Here is what I have done:
1. replace both shocks (they were original)
2. replace both lower control arms (they were original)
3. replace rotors (no brake runout)
4. New front tires, balanced, etc
5. front-end alignment.
6. right front axle
7. lower ball joint, left front. two diff mechanics confirmed other ball joints good.

From about 0-50, smooth going. vibration 50-60'ish, then smooth sailing 60-75(or so), then north of 75 vibration. Whilst going 75+, put car in neutral and coast, vibration still persists when engine is at idle. A guy who i had do the front end work thought the bearing was in backwards in front-right, but not 100% on that.

what do you suggest next?

Two more parts to the axles that are notorious for causing hard to diagnose front end shakes.

Possibly lost a stick-on weight from the rim?

^yep

An out of balance wheel/tire is the most common cause. That's typically what you check first

I had old tires on that were sacked out; vibration existed. late week, installed 2 new tires, balanced, etc. and the same vibration exists.
it can't be the tires being out of balance unless i am incredibly lucky

Where did the 2 new tires go, and did they balance the old ones?

Driver axle, passenger axle, intermediate axle shaft. Before you do anything else, rotate the tires to see if things change or not.

Two old tires were on the front; replaced them and sent the old ones to tire heaven.
rear tires left alone. vibration really, really feels like front right, not back

I think next step is to move tires around. that costs only time. I remember trying this a while back, no dice.

I had a lot of my front-end vibration fixed after replacing the intermediate shaft bearing, which was EXCESSIVELY worn after ~180K miles.

Also, are you lowered at all? Or stock height?

Stock. Not lowered. I do not think I have had the intermediate bearing at all replaced. How bitchy is it to do?

You'll need, at least, a bearing & depending on condition a seal while you are there since the original has 223K.
Search the part numbers for both, you can find them at a lower cost then the OEM vendor.

After removing the passenger side axle, it's literally only 6 more bolts; 3 holding the half-shaft to the engine block (relatively easy, just not great access), and 3 more holding a heat shield on, which if you live where they salt the roads, could wind up being the bane of your existence. If not, they could be cake.

Plus, ya know pressing the bearings out and back in.
