Hi Guys,
I am currently negotiating with Frankel Acura in Maryland, on and 06 TL.
I am just curious if anyone has had any experience with their sales dept?
I have seen some negative comments in the forums about their service, (not too many) and I am sure you can find negative comments about most dealers service depts.
I am in NY, so they are a ways away from me.
I would appreciate any comments.

I found in 2004 they were not as good negotiating on price as Laurel/Tischer Acura or Ellicott City/Norris Acura on a new 2005 TL.

I was able to get them to come down once, but we are still 1k apart.
I prefer not to travel so far, unless it is a pretty good deal.

 

Try calling Tischer or Norris. I would have gotten from Tischer since they were more dealing than Norris. Ultimately got it from Norris since I specifically wanted a NBP 6MT Non-NAV and they were able to get one first.
