Thought noise was coming from steering column,, was actually a cover located directly above the pedals,, Right above accelerator is a black cover that has a sort of pin slot to hold it in place--it was bouncing around and making clicking noise... Just a little tape to hold it down worked wonders....now about the headliner... :devil:

I did screw it tightly again, then noise was disappeared.
