First A1 Service @ Lindsey Acura
With all the horror stories about Acura dealers within the forum, I thought I would post my A1 service experience with my local Acura dealer.
Lindsey Acura
Columbus OH
I rate them with an A for the first A1 service.
First A1 service for 2006
0. Saturday Service
1. Oil changed
2. Oil filter changed
3. Tires rotated
4. Asked for front license place plugs – Gave them to me no questions
5. Replaced front wiper blades – they would chatter on the lower half
6. Had them look at a musty smell with the AC – Cleaned it out by spraying something into the air intake vent, seems to have worked.
7. Had them replace a missing screw in rear tire wheel well.
8. Had them replace a missing rubber stopper on the gas lid – they took one off a loaner car.
9. Washed the car. They have a spot less car wash they drive the car through.
10. Cost $0.00 since I have two free years of service, when I purchased the car. Took about 35 minutes.
Disconnected rearview camera before I took it in
Re-flashed Navi unit to original before I took it in
They said nothing about the illuminated sills, will try leaving the others hooked up during the next visit.

It's nice to hear something good sometimes. Hope it keeps up and everyone else gets treated as well as you did.
