Finished detail today with Adams Polish, how do I post pics?

Finished detail today with Adams Polish, how do I post pics?
I've tried resizing to 400x300 and it still says file to big, what to do?

You host it either on Yahoo or similar, or in your personal webspace provided by your isp then use IMG tags to refer to it. Then the pics will appear here.
