So both my visors came in today and the rest of my rattles have been resolved. I went to Ardmore Acura and got crappy service and ended up finding Elite Acura in south Jersey with good service. They are located where 38 & 73 meet. They usually can accomodate an appointment within 24 - 48 hours. My SA was Deanna who is helpful.

congrats on getting great service and giving a heads up to members here. Good to hear that you are finally getting the good service that you deserve. I wish the acura dealerships closer to me were that good but i have to drive about 60miles to get a freakin oil-change and warrenty work done.

ardmore acura sux... they are a bunch of a$$holes... i got horrible service when i was in the market for a car..

I can tell you that Ardmore Acura service really sucks and wouldn't be suprised if their sales dept stinks too. Their work environment must suck so bad they take it out on the customers.

the service dept @ ardmore was fine when i went last week. they fixed my rear deck speaker rattle (only to have it show up again a week later, so ill have to take it in again to get it fixed) but the sales dept definitely is the worst in philly that i visited when i was looking for my 06 tl.

anyone know of a dealer in phila that knows to how fix the rear deck speaker rattle properly? i already had it done at sussman and ardmore and it was fine for 1 or 2 days but then started rattling again.

I didn't have a good experience at Ardmore when I was looking for my TL, so it comes as no surprise to me to hear that their service department is lacking, too. For what it's worth, I've had zero problems with Davis Acura in Langhorne. Fixed my rear strut problem in one day, and the issue hasn't returned.
