Question A few questions...

So my wife loves her TL. She could care less about the things that bother me about the car. I like it too and find it a great value.

I have searched the archives in here, but I can't seem to get a clear picture on the resolution of several issues. And to make things worse, I'm about to move to where there is no ACURA dealer so I need to get these things handled soon.

1. Rattle in the instrument cluster...it is not the tweeter or the dash side...it is coming from the steering column/cluster for sure and nothing I can do stops it. Did anyone ever find a fix for this? It seems like it might be a wiring harness inside there. If I take this to the dealer will they look at me like I'm picky and laugh or what? It drives me crazy on the highway.

2. Front leather seats - They seem to stretch badly. I only have about 7000 miles on them and the look like crap. This is exactly why I never get leather. Is this a known problem at dealers? I have read threads on here talking about dealers replacing the seat cover with a three panel butt area type. Has more than one person done this??? And the leather in my back seat is loose and baggy on one side...really poor fit. When my wife took it in they looked at her like she was crazy.

3. Are there any recalls on this car? I haven't gotten a letter, but if there are fixes that ACURA is handling without a lot of complaining, I'd like to get them done now too.

Thanks for your input...
