Feeling some slack/free paly with my brack.

I am feeling some slack or free play everytime I hit on the brack, not a lot just a little. Do you know how to adjust it?

Is this on the BRAND NEW car? I'd go to the dealer.

I agree. This guy is Captain Negative!

I wonder if he's not some member who was banned who comes back with a new name, just to write all these dumb-ass questions to see who calls him out.

NOBODY could be this ignorant and still get a driver's license.

Teng...get real. You're boring the hell out of me with all of these stupid questions.

I apologize to the community at large for ranting, but enough of this guy. Really.

WOW! I thought this is the place where a newbie can ask any question!
Back to the question I asked. Little free play or slack in the brake padel is normal or not?

Some slack in the brake pedal is normal in any car, enough so that the factory usually spec's it in the service manual. If the brakes feel soft once you sense the pads engage the rotors, I recommend bleeding the brakes in reduce softness. The MT cars have a much softer brake feel than the AT cars in my opinion, though the MT brakes require less effort. Some of the perceived softness is likely due to the larger Brembo piston area, which increases mechanical advantage (but increases pedal travel as well).
