EZPass Placement

2 days now with my silver/quartz AT TL.. love this car!

Behind the center mirror there's some sort of beehive grid on a thin piece of material attached to the inside of the windshield...it's where the EZ Pass normally should go. I can't seem to find in the manual what that grid is... do I NOT want to attach the EZPass on it?

You may attach the EZ pass there if you want to. It is not electrical. It is designed to shade you from the sunlight that the sunshades or the mirror do not hide.

I have my EZpass mounted right behind the mirror - below the honeycomb stuff. I don't see it at all when driving.

Congrats on your new ride !

My EZ-Pass is to the left of the mirror and over that grid. It's a tight fit!

Someone once said that they found an ezpass bracket holder w/ suction cups at the local gas stations. I can't find them anywhere near me. Does anyone know what they're called? or if there's another store that would sell them? I just don't want to use the velcro to stick it to the windshield if possible. Thanks.

MNP, if you want, you could find more info about E-ZPass in the Garage, too.

You'd be amazed at how deep you can bury the EZPass and still have it work. A friend accidentally left it in the trunk once and it registered.

EZ Come; EZ go!

I keep mine in the compartment in the vertical stack. When I need it, I take it out and put it one the shelf in front of the upper digital display, velcro down so it doesn't scratch if it slides. (I have Navi).

After use, I put it away again. I don't like to have a lot of clutter on the windshield.
