Engine Coolant near Min Line
Hey Guys, I got an 06 5AT TL, I recently noticed that my coolant level in the reserve tank is close to the MIN level. I'm wondering if this means that I have a leak somewhere or is it normal for it to go down slowly, i've never added any coolant in the 2 years that i've owned the car.
Thanks for any info.

Check the radiator- when the engine is dead cold- not run for 8 hours--
open the cap and see if the level is ALL the way up to the neck of the radiator.
There is a small opening for the hose that goes to the bottle- it should be that full.
On the res bottle- it normally transfers fluid between the 2 places as heat expansion and engine running causes the radiator to expel or require fluid
Open the res cap- it has a hose attached inside the cap- that likes to fall off and into the bottle
Without it- the whole system fails to operate- it works on a suction principle where the radiator pulls what it needs when running- and ~stores~ it when cold
As said before- check for leaks

it comes from a lifetime of working on cars and other vehicles like planes, bikes, and boats
I may give too much detail for some- but if the noob can follow along and find the fix- the experienced can look at the suggestions and go for it.
What I know specific to the TL, I learned on acurazine!
