Ebay selling
This isn't related to a TL but has anyone had any luck selling a car through Ebay? I have to sell my 323I to get the TL and from what I've seen on Ebay most of the lists are dealers.

Best thing to do is to post your auction and see what kind of reaction you get from bidders. All the rules/policies that you state about purchasing the car have to be clearly defined. i.e. purchaser is responsible for shipping the car if need be, purchaser needs to contact me, this is a binding contract, etc etc. I would just look at another auction and see how they have their's setup and you can go from there. Besides, you never know if someone will email you with an offer and then you can just sell to them outright.

I have had really good luck selling on Yahoo Auto. I sold my 95 Legend 6-sp coupe with 140K miles in about 10 days for $10.5K (KBB Personal Sale $9.6K). I sold my daughter’s civic in 4 hours after it was listed for $4.5K. She was hoping for $4K and was very pleased.
