I tried searching and couldn't really find an answer. I read somewhere that the US TLs don't have the DRLs activate, but I was told that was for the 04-06 models, that the 07-08s did have the DRLs on. With that in mind I checked mine and come to find out the DRLs aren't on. I had my girl turn on the car and then take off the parking brake, nothing. Then she put it in drive and still nothing. I checked the fuse under the dash and it was good. I even switched it for another one to make sure and still nothing. The last thing I'm going to try is to change the bulbs, but I would think if it was the bulbs then I would have the warning light on the dash. Any help?

 

07 base TL's definately have DRLs . You may have blown bulbs as you suspect. Could be a no power reachings the lights at all(via bad Hot connection, bad ground). Maybe damaged wires inbetween. DRL module could be dead or damaged.
