DRL led bulbs where to find

From what everyone says, the 'iJDM toy DRL Kit w/ error code eliminator' is GARBAGE. Trash. Don't even bother wasting your money on it, I haven't read a single post of someone saying anything positive about it.
It's always "When I first installed it, it worked just fine and no DRL error on the dashboard but than less than a week later my DRL error came on" or "My DRL light output is very dim" or "My DRL Flicker and the error comes and goes" or one side doesn't light up and the other side flickers or works, but is very dim.
Not one post of anyone using it for over a year with no problems. So for sure, stay the hell away from iJDMtoys DRL kits. If you won't, I sure as hell will.
Now I don't know what other options there are, but I have ran into these

They look promising, and I've probably come across only 1 or 2 people who have actually bought and installed it and they haven't said anything bad. I hear the light output on it is very bright.
