Drivers Door needs TLC

Drivers Door needs TLC
I did the unthinkable!#&* and backed my open door into a wooden post. Door is now out of alignment (seems to be pushed forward and up) and black cap on upper frame is damaged (will need to be replaced). The door will close but clearly not in alignment. I will be taking to a body shop for an opinion but I would like an exploded schematic of the drivers door to make some adjustments on my own. Any info or ideas are welcome. I am in Toronto area. Please send any schematics you have and let me know where I can get the black door frame cover at a reasonable cost.
