Probably be like the market and housing correction, prices tank, bottom out, then slowly rise to where they should have been all along, which in the case of oil, is in the $60-70 a barrel range.

I read that article this morning...

you're in Arlington, maybe you've heard of Houston's Gallery furniture??
anyway; Mattress Mack loves to bet with the public.
mostly football and baseball bets....if Houston beats whoever, you get free whatever.

current bet is;
buy $7000 worth of furniture and if oil tops $85 by years end (dec.31) you get that 7k worth of furniture for free

any takers? lol

No issues with the single twin scroll turbo in the BMW...I had heard about the issues with the twin single turbos tho. And they recalled the HP fuel pumps but most of those issues were prior to 2011 model year.
I never said inline 6 is not reliable but in general anything going with FI route will need attention after 100k miles and if turbo need to be replace its gona cost you some $$$, matter fact the most reliable inline 6 is the 2JZ motor which I have in my IS300, it can take a bunch of boost with stock internal compare to other inline 6 came from Germany. EG 96 300ZX TT sound great, great power but if the turbo shot price tag for replacement is $5800 compare to the same year Lexus SC400 that $5800 could be saved. Turbo charged car is fun but they require much attention such as new mod like exhaust (worry about back pressure) tunning/tweaking computer. With V8 you just tune and go, FI car you will have to track down boost leak if your car loosing power and that concept isn't apply for V8 N/A. As far as fuel pump goes last time I recalled from bimmer forum that 2006-2009 BMW didn't fix the problem they simply throw on a new pump and call it a day and hope it won't go bad again until warranty is up.
