Do I need to worry about the front end scraping?

Has anyone had issues with the front end scraping because the ground clearance is too low?

yeah its low so when you are going dow slopes and bumps watch out. there is a black plastic piece down there that usually gets scraped before the paint but it won't protect all scrapes.

No problems, but I'm cautious. I've had no issues over speedbumps. Inclined driveways and entryways have to be taken at an angle. I'm pretty careful not to park too close to tire stops and such. The times I have scraped something it's been the black plastic air dam under the bumper - noisy but no harm done.

Good to know. I am pretty cautious myself. It will take a little while to get used to the manaul trans, but I should have it figured out pretty quick. Any problems with door dings? I noticed the TL is advertised for having high test steel in its doors.

Wherever I park, the space either looks like it was made for two cars, or I am so far away from the destination that no one else is willing to walk so far, and no other cars are around

For those who have had some issues with scrapping do any of you have some "Best Practices" on how to best repair any small, but slightly deeper scratches underneath the bumper?

Unfortunately, not too familiar with how low the TL was I ended up accidentally scrapping the right underside of my bumper. The airdam helped a great deal and probably could've been much worse, but is there any way to repair or fill in those scratches/scrapes such that you can't tell there ever was a scratch?

I suppose I should just do some mild sanding and then get a color matched touch-up pen with pain and clearcoat. But although it may cosmetically disappear I'd like to get it completely fixed without replacing the bumper.

Any suggestions would be really helpful. Thanks.

I have seen the 04 TL and it is low...but compared to my car...hehe it doesn't compare. I slip my foot underneath the front bumper and only half my foot goes under and then it gets stuck. Damn those accord kits...but hey I wanted a clean look.
