Do I need new Spark Plugs?
Um, when I start the car, I always here a hesitation for the engine to turn, or it doesnt have a rich sound when I start the car up. My car has 60k miles and its 04 TL. The engine sounds different to many times. I want to get my spark plugs changed either way, can someone tell me which brand should I buy and how many? I am guessing 6 since we have a V6. Or am I wrong. My cousin a mechanic will put them in. Thanks.

I would Seafoam the gas and intake manifold before changing the plugs- that gets rid of crud buildup and may fix your problem
Its good to change the plugs at about 60k for max performance and mileage
i believe gen3 is NGK Iridium
- gen 2 uses iridium IX but gen3 drops the extra letters- just ngk IRIDIUM
The local parts store will know what you need- about 7 bucks each-
you need 6- and a little $1 packet of anti sieze for their threads
read the DIY on procedure for many tips like removing a bar or whatever
