Does anyone know how to remove a 303-type protectant from the clear plastic areas of the car?? I accidentally got some on the clock display and now the thing is bearly readable. Thanks.

I'd love to know if there is a solution to this too because the 1st time I used 303, I got some on the plastic cover for the gauges. At the time I didn't think it would do any harm...but it has made the area it touched different (like it ate away at the plastic). It is only a $60 replacement, so I will probably do it at some point. I don't think there is anything you can do at this point, you just have to clean it off right away next time. For the gauge area, I have learned that it is easy to pop the colored plastic off and then apply 303.

Sorry, but I don't think you can fix it now other then to buy a new display.

Yikes! I'm glad to know about this problem with the 303. I am planning on treating my dash with it but I wouldn't have worried about masking off certain areas of the dash beforehand.

Try Plexus with a microfiber cloth.

You can also try wiping the screen with the lint free cloth that comes with a Sony Ericsson T610 or PSP.
