Ok so I guess no details until he is completely finished with the project which is understandable. Making sure all the notes and labor hours are correct so that we get a accurate price.

Marcus, can you please add details for people that already have the switchblade key and just need it milled. Thanks and keep up the good werk

CAD/CAM programming going on today and tomorrow. Once we have a successful test cut the doors are going to open (pun most definitely intended). I will put the key purchase info on my site. First come first served. Credit card, paypal, cash money order, etc all available.

TENTATIVE PRICING:

The cost will be $120 per key including priority mail shipping to you with delivery confirmation. More than one key and the cost is $110 per key. Ship me your key and I will copy it (just the key cut) for $30 more. This is just for peace of mind for people who are sketched to let some gomer do it for them so they can screw it up.

I think I must be missing something here someone help me out.

So what marcus is saying is that you send him $120.00 and get the key milled and cut for our car.
And if you have 2 keys you want to get done it will be $220.00

Also my main question if you already have a untouched switchblade that you want to send him it will be $30.00 MORE than the $120.00 and it will just be cut and not milled???? dont see the deal

I have to be missing something here and I must be cuz im new to the switchblade processes.

Im talking is we would have to send our original key or a vin or the 4 digit key code??? HELP

Actually he didn't mention anything about sending in ur own key to get mill. If you want to get the key cut also it will be $30 more. that mean you have to send him one of ur key.

Basically:

1 key milled $120
1 key milled and cut $150
more than one key, lop off $10 either way.

I'd like to think I could hack up your stock key and swap immobilizers too...but I am still doing homework on that.

I really feel like im a dumbass on this thread but here is another silly question.

For your prices are they for members that are buying a switchblade key and getting it milled and cut by you?

If so then what would it be $$$ if a member already has a blank switchblade key?

I guess I would have to send you the SBK and my regular key...right? thats if you can swap immobilizers

Yes the price includes a key. I ain't a crook man.

If you want to send me a key to mill then I am going to want like $50-60 for that.

I would need the regular key IF I were to swap immobilizers. Emphasis on IF.

I'm sorry, so if I want a switchblade key all i need to pay is $120 for one! I know what immobilizer is. However, i do not understand what do u mean by swap immobilizers? Isn't the switchblade key is suppose to works like the one we have now? Furthermore, how to program the switchblade key?

Yeah im not quite understanding how the key will be programmed. Wouldn't you need to swap the immobilizer in order for the key to work?

There is no need to hack up the factory key and swap immobilizer. The switchblade key can be programmed using the factory key.

There is a difference in price between memory 1 and 2 switchblades so that needs to be considered. I currently have a mem 1 and depending on price would like to complete the set.
