i purchased my 05 TL used and was able to get the orginal owner's acuracare extended warranty transferred over to my name. Covered till 105k miles and just recently took the car in for servicing due to some vibration issues. they found two of the motor mounts broken and the power steering pump leaking so they replaced all that. invoice ended up coming to 870 with tax, labor and parts. ended up paying 0 out of pocket due to acuracare

While not necessarily under the extended warranty (but still under the 1 year warranty included in the CPO purchase) I've already had over $2500 worth of work done. So I feel like I've already gotten my money back.

I had gotten an extended warranty for my old SI and it paid for itself in a matter of a couple of months. Went through Warranty Direct. Besides voiding my warranty for having a Type-R Speedo it was well worth it. I am looking to get one for the TL soon around 2k i think

I bought my Acura Care extended for my 2004 when I was just shy of 50K. About $1000 (back when you could buy them online). My Navi did need to be swapped out, so it was an OK investment.
