Did I make the right choice?

Did I make the right choice?
Well, as most of you know, there is a hurricane headed toward the louisiana area. I live pretty close to new orleans. I did not decide to evacuate so here is my question. i only had one space left in my garage and it was between my s2000 or my tl. i decided to put the s in there because of the top and how low it was. That means the tl gets to be out in the rain and wind.\Hopefully nothing happens to it and i'll be back to riding it around after the storms gone. I just finished blacking my headlights out and lowering the front with some tiens. i kept the aspec suspension in the rear because i think if i would have put the s-techs in the back it would probably sit alot lower because of the sound in the trunk. well if everything goes well then i'll be posting some pics of the car post hurricane. I hope i sealed the headlights good enough.

Stay safe. Whatever happens to the cars can be fixed or replaced; your life cannot. Hang in there.

well i think we should be starting to feel the beginning effects of the storm around midnight. i think i'm pretty safe and i have enough supplies for a couple days and canned foods so im good. thanks for all the concern. yeah i know all material things can be replaced all of them are fully insured so it really doesnt matter. it would really suck if hanna rolled our way but lets hope it wont we are just worrying about one storm at a time. thankfully gustav kind of weakened but its still pretty strong. well, i guess electricity will be going out of here soon so i wont be back on for awhile. i'll stay safe and i hope everone around here as well as all the evacuees stay safe as well.... i'll try to keep you guys posted
PS. The right choice probably would have been to leave.

If you don't have an immediate indoor place to put the TL, I'd put a cover on it right away! No ifs, ands, or butts.
And don't worry, Bush & Cheney are bypassing the RNC to preside over the whole Gustav ensemble.
Doesn't that make you feel secure?
Good Luck ...........
