DEPO LED white sidemarkers

Hi AZ,

I have heard about the method of opening up the sidemarker lens to install a white LED strip as mod for our front sidemarkers.

I recently came across this and I was wondering what do you guys think? It is very pricey for just 4 (especially since I only want 2). Reason I chose this is because it could be an alternative to someone (like me) who doesn't want to start opening up lens

DEPO and a few other brands out there make various aftermarket lights. The price...no idea....AZ is showing those as unavailable, so no price is shown. Rarely is the quality of any of the aftermarket quite as good as OE, but DEPO is "usually" not too bad. Have used their lights on various previous cars with decent luck.

I bought
these these
a year or so ago when my factory ones failed. They aren't white though....although I don't get why you would want white....generally white is supposed to be on the front of the vehicle, not the side.

I had the rear smoked ones on my TL. They fit just fine, easy to install, plug n play...

Keep in mind they are about 30% brighter than the OEM side markers, nothing crazy, but you will probably notice it!

Nice! I assume these should fit in the place of the front sidemarkers? I really do not want to start cutting open the OEM lenses to modify to white LED. But then I do not want to drop $100 (crazy for just these small pieces) and have the fronts not even work nor fit.

All I could find are these, but I'm almost certain they'll bolt right in!

I paid almost $60 for the two rear so this is a pretty good deal!

If you're looking for Depo smoked lenses, then these are what you'll want:

I've been running the non-smoked Depo switchback side markers for nearly 5 years without issues. However, it doesn't look like the switchback option are available anymore.
