...can someone post a closeup shot of their deck lid spoiler plz? I've been back to the dealer once to have it fixed since it was coming up. They said they put a new one on but now it's starting to come up on the sides again. I think the idiots did'nt either prep the surface right or just put new tape over the old. Last time I was there the service guy said that it "should" stick up a little on the sides for flex. I think he's full of crap but wanna make sure before I go back and make sure they fix it.

The Acura spoilers have studs that bolt onto the trunk, so there should be no lifting. You can check the studs and the tightness of the bolts by feeling underneath the trunk liner. Maybe they didn't tighten the nuts enough?

Well the studs are in the center of the spoiler. The lifting is on the outside edges.
